We are inviting dermatology residents from US programs to participate and attend the 26th Annual Las Vegas Dermatology Seminar, September 11-13, 2025, at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Las Vegas Dermatology (LVD) Resident Program Grant Outline

MedscapeLIVE! will provide you with a complimentary registration to the conference taking place September 11-13, 2025, at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Daily scan-in and attendance is required.
Meals are provided as indicated on the program agenda.
MedscapeLIVE! will cover up to 4 (four) nights hotel stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas between Wednesday, Sept 10 and Sunday, Sept 14, 2025. Please indicate your check-in/out dates on the application form.

Qualifications

Residency must be in the US
Must be in good standing with your program
Provide a letter of verification from residency/fellow program
- Verification letter must state your name, resident/fellow status, and date of program completion
- NOTE: Hospital/Institution IDs are not suitable as verification of good standing

Resident’s Commitment 

You are required to participate in all general sessions and workshops designated for residents beginning Thursday, September 11 through Saturday, September 13. Upon check-in to the conference, you will receive information on required sessions and will be scanned into all sessions to verify attendance.

Failure to meet the full attendance requirement as stated above will result in forfeiture of your registration, reimbursement to MedscapeLIVE! for your hotel room costs, and disqualification for all conference awards and prizes.

Selection Criteria 

Following the application deadline, all materials will be submitted to a committee for review and selection. Demographic information will not be considered in the selection process. Data points are voluntarily being collected by MedscapeLIVE! to monitor diversity at our conference, to ensure outreach and audience engagement efforts and to effectively meet company goals focused on creating an equitable space for all attendees. In our efforts to be equitable and inclusive, MedscapeLIVE! strives to ensure each applicant is not only welcome to apply, but also feels safe and protected when disclosing this information. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CANCELLATION: You must cancel by July 31, 2025. If you cancel after July 31 you will be responsible for a $250 per night charge to offset your hotel room costs.

Initial Application Deadline: July 1, 2025. All applicants will be notified by July 9, 2025.
