When registering for Las Vegas Dermatology Seminar, costs will differ depending on your credentials. Please note that our lowest rates are available during early bird registration. When registering, please choose the appropriate tier to ensure the correct conference cost at checkout.
For those interested in our Resident Program for complimentary registration, please submit your application before July 25, 2026, for grant consideration.
Conference Inclusions
Your costs will include a variety of meals as noted on the final program agenda. Once you arrive in Las Vegas for the dermatology conference, you will receive conference materials upon check-in, as well as access to sponsored presentations, general education sessions, and the exhibit hall. Accommodations must be booked separately.

Registration Schedule
Cancellation Policy: A full refund less a $50 administrative fee can be requested up to 30 days prior to the event start date. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and e-mailed to support@medscapelive.com prior to 11:59 PM PT on August 11, 2026. Registrations that are cancelled within 29 days of the event are not eligible for refunds.
After the refund deadline date, you have the option to send someone to Las Vegas in your place. Requests to transfer registration to someone else must be made in writing and e-mailed to support@medscapelive.com prior to 11:59 PM PT on September 10, 2026.
