License Only – $225
A mobile lead capture license grants you the ability to capture identifying information that registrants provide to us during our registration process. Once purchased, the accompanying app is to be downloaded on your mobile device. The app allows you to scan attendee badges to capture their information.
Please complete the Lead Retrieval Request Form below to purchase your lead retrieval license. Note: licenses are non-transferable once they are activated on a device.

Please download and complete the FedEx Shipping Manifest prior to your materials arriving on-site. Upon completion, please email to Kristina at kcerniauskas@medscapelive.com.

To ensure shipments arrive to your booth on time for exhibitor set up, please ensure you have provided payment to the FedEx Business Center prior to your on-site company representative's arrival. Please call 702-789-3027 to provide payment.

Note: If payment is not provided prior to your on-site company representative’s arrival, the FedEx office will not be able to release your packages to your exhibit booth, and packages must be picked up at the FedEx shipping center and paid for on-site.

Industry Expert Session Requirements

All promotional items for your bonus presentations must contain the following disclaimer:

This bonus presentation is independently organized and not an official part of the Las Vegas Dermatology Seminar 2025. CME/CE credit is not provided for this session.

Promotional items for your bonus presentation should not contain any mention of food/beverages.  All food functions are provided by MedscapeLIVE! as part of the conference and included in registration fees. Food and beverage is generally provided outside the general session room or in the exhibit hall area.

Cancellation policy of bonus presentation and other sponsorships:

Due to high demand and limited time slots for bonus presentation, sponsorships are considered non-cancellable after the established deadline date.  This policy also applies to all other sponsorships that can include but not limited to Wi-Fi, app, conference coverage, etc.

Audio/Visual Equipment

MedscapeLIVE! provides standard AV for industry expert sessions.  AV includes: Microphone, projector, podium, and screen.

Cancellation & Code of Conduct

Cancellation

Should Company cancel more than 90 days in advance of the first day of the conference, Company is liable for 50% of the fee. Should cancelation occur inside of 90 days from the first day of the conference, then Company is responsible for 100% of the fee. Cancellation must be made in writing to MedscapeLIVE!.

Code of Conduct

This code of conduct applies to all event attendees and participants, including all members, speakers, vendors, media representatives, commentators, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and volunteers. Signing this Code of Conduct is a mandatory requirement in order to attend or participate in this event.
